Booking and Confirmation
To secure our services, a booking must be made through our official channels. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the agreed-upon services, dates, and pricing.
Payment Terms
All payments should be made in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
Pricing
Our pricing structure is transparent and based on the volume of items, distance of the move, and any additional services required. A detailed quote will be provided during the booking process.
Invoices
Invoices will be issued post-service delivery. Please ensure that all payments are completed within 14 days of receiving the invoice to avoid any late fees.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Bookings canceled more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
- Bookings canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
Liabilities and Insurance
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Wimbledon Man with Van is not liable for any unforeseen damages unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that all customers procure adequate insurance to cover their possessions during the move.
Insurance Coverage
Our standard service includes basic liability coverage. For higher-value items, additional insurance options are available upon request.
Responsibilities of the Customer
To ensure a smooth moving process, customers are expected to:
- Ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled.
- Provide clear instructions for the handling of delicate or valuable items.
- Ensure that the removal vehicle has adequate access to both the pickup and drop-off locations.
- Be present or designate a responsible person to oversee the move.
Force Majeure
Wimbledon Man with Van shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen technical issues.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Amendments
Wimbledon Man with Van reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Wimbledon Man with Van regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Feedback and Complaints
We value customer feedback and strive to improve our services continuously. Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion to ensure timely resolution.
